Sponsorship Opportunities

You can help Peninsula kids on their path to great futures by participating in one of the causes below!

Sponsor a Teen Program

In 2020 the cost per child was roughly $1,200 annually to provide our programming, and our fees for teens are free. By sponsoring a teen, you are sponsoring our continued ability to provide free programming to all teens. The programming provided includes homework help, mentoring, suicide prevention, drug abuse, and use prevention. By contributing to this program, you are assisting us with continuing our services to teens.

Sponsor a Child

In 2020 the cost per child was roughly $2,500 annually. This included educational programming, homework help, day camp services when schools are closed, summer programming, meal services, and more. These programs are provided at a much-reduced rate and are often free for low-income households. By contributing to this program, you are assisting us with providing much-needed services to youth.

Sponsor an At-Risk Youth

We provide weekend meals to teens who meet the at-risk category to bridge the gap from school meal services on Friday through their next guaranteed meal on Monday. By contributing to this program, you will allow us to feed youth and provide much-needed items like hygiene products.

We aim to provide backpacks of supplies to youth who need them. Donations received for this program will assist us in providing youth and teens with backpacks filled with school supplies needed for their school year.

Our Programs

All Youth

These programs help youth create aspirations for the future, provide opportunities for career exploration, and offer educational enhancement.

At all skill levels, our youth sports programs foster teamwork, participation, fairness, and positive social skills in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

We've worked hard to create virtual learning experiences so Peninsula youth can maintain a safe learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Workforce Innovation Opportunity Program

Workforce readiness programming builds essential soft skills and offers opportunities for career exploration.

A business owner, an artist, a chef…

If kids can dream it, The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Kenai Peninsula
can help them become it.

Workforce Readiness

The future is uncertain for millions of kids, even more so with education and support systems disrupted by this pandemic. Youth need Boys & Girls Clubs now more than ever to build the essential skills they will need to succeed in a competitive workforce. With a safe space, positive mentors, and greater opportunities, today’s youth will exceed beyond the circumstances that surround them and meet the challenges their future will face.

Athletic Programs

These programs develop fitness, positive use for leisure time, stress management, appreciation of the environment and social and interpersonal skills; while learning the values of teamwork and physical fitness.
